There can be instances when products are lost or damaged during transit. If the condition of the product during receipt is unsatisfactory in any respect or if any physical damage is visible on the package, please notify us within 24 hrs by calling our customer care.

Any unopened package will be considered for a refund of the purchase price if returned to us within 15 days, minus shipping fees. The original packaging of the product and seals must not be tampered. The serial number or UPC number should be visible on the package. Opened packages can be considered for return only when an incorrect product is mistakenly dispatched to your address.

Handling and shipping charges are non-refundable. The returned products showing signs of any damage would not be considered for a refund. The item which has been used or consumed would not be considered for return.

 

Refusal to accept delivery and incorrect address

The customer cannot claim any refund if he/she refuses to accept the package or if the address provided by him or her appears to be incorrect or undeliverable.

Our items are duly insured against any damage and theft incurred during transit. The customer must not accept package with broken seal or the one that appears to be tampered. Feel free to contact customer care service and we would be happy to help.
